White Tulips offer two main bespoke services; Wedding Day Co-ordination and Full Wedding Co-ordination. Whether you ask us to co-ordinate all or just part of your arrangements, the initial free consultation will help to define the scope and style of your wedding, as well as any unique elements you may require. Unlike many wedding planners our fees are fairly fixed from the outset rather than a blanket percentage of your budget. You can therefore completely trust we will advise on the best suppliers for you, not those that cost more.

 We understand that some people relish the ups and downs of planning the wedding they have always dreamed of but we also realise that the bride and groom should be free from responsibility and be able to relax and enjoy their magical day with friends and family.
This is where our wedding planners can help. We spend as much time as is necessary with you prior to your wedding, to understand exactly what you want from your day.
We will liaise with your chosen suppliers and venue on your behalf, so you can remain confident that the day will be as you imagined; running smoothly and to time, with every minute detail checked. We can assist with the venue set up, be there to coordinate suppliers as they arrive, deliver buttonholes, undertake toastmaster duties and can also act as a point of contact for your guests. We always have an extra set of cufflinks for the usher that always forgets!

Planning a wedding and turning a dream into reality can be too daunting for some people, whilst others just simply do not have the time. With our wealth of knowledge and expert advice, we will assist you every step of the way in creating your unique wedding. We will always offer you a choice of suppliers for each aspect of your wedding and we do not accept commissions so all the reduced negotiated fees are passed on to you. We will handle the research and scheduling, saving you endless time and worry to ensure that your wedding day is just as perfect as you have always imagined. Most importantly you can be sure that no one will forget your wedding!
